To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:Click on the 'Manage FAQs' button.From your site's dashboard, click on the 'Add New' button and then select 'Question and answer'.Each newly added question and answer must be assigned to a category.Save and publish.You can edit your FAQs, change their order, and choose other categories at any time.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ" title?

You can edit the banner from the Settings tab in the app. If you don't want to show the banner, disable it under 'Information to Show'.
