To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: 1. Click on the 'Manage FAQs' button. 2. From your site's dashboard, click on the 'Add New' button and then select 'Question and answer'. 3. Each newly added question and answer must be assigned to a category. 4. Save and publish. You can edit your FAQs, change their order, and choose other categories at any time.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Settings section of the app 2. Click on the 'Manage FAQs' button 3. Create the question you want to add media to or select from existing questions 4. Click on the video, image or gif while editing your answer 5. Add and save media from your library

You can edit the banner from the Settings tab in the app. If you don't want to show the banner, disable it under 'Information to Show'.
